Business Development Representative

Tasks

  • Proactive lead generation of new prospects and business opportunities.
  • Engage potential leads through prospecting, cold calling, and emailing to introduce company offerings and drive event attendance.
  • Qualify and schedule meetings with leads based on established criteria.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Continuously follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Provide feedback to optimize messaging and improve lead generation efforts.

  • Starting salary of £28,000 per annum, plus £2,000 car allowance per annum, plus £5,000 on-target commission per annum (with the opportunity to over-achieve)
