What will you be doing?

As a Sales Consultant, you will embark on a structured career path, starting with essential research and recruitment skills before transitioning into client-facing sales. Your journey will involve becoming a specialist, managing client portfolios, and ultimately driving significant revenue growth.

  • Initially, you will focus on candidate research and recruitment, learning the fundamentals of our business.
  • Transition to specializing in a specific line of business, developing deep expertise in that domain.
  • Begin client-facing activities, researching and engaging with potential clients.
  • Progress to closing deals, generating Profit & Loss, and managing your own client portfolio.
  • Develop into a fully-fledged Sales Consultant, potentially managing strategic key accounts.

You will be based at our modern office in Wrotham Business Park, London, a hub of innovation and energy. While your primary base is here, your role as a Sales Consultant will involve increasing client-facing activities and opportunities for international travel as you progress.
