As a Sales Manager for our Emerging Talent business, I've seen it all at Pareto since 2018 - from recruiting to new business to account management and now, management. My goal is simple: to help businesses smash their growth targets. Seeing our clients thrive and the talent we place or train become top performers is what gets me out of bed in the morning. 

When I'm not focused on work, you'll find me on a rugby pitch, attempting to ski gracefully, getting annoyed at traffic lights for ruining my cycling speed on Strava or having a pint with friends watching rugby or F1.
