I’m the VP of Apprenticeships at Pareto, where I help businesses unlock potential through training, development, and emerging talent. With over a decade in sales and leadership, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, consistently delivering growth and creating opportunities for people at every stage of their careers. Along the way, I’ve picked up awards, broken company records, and built lasting client partnerships. 

Away from work, I’m a keen runner, cyclist and skier, and recently completed the London Marathon, raising over £6,000 for charity.
