Kurt Ayton

I’m the VP of Sales at Pareto USA, where I drive growth through people development, performance, and client success. Starting my career at Pareto as a graduate straight out of college, I’ve grown through the business to lead its U.S. sales division. After living in China, France, and Spain, I moved to New York City in early 2022 to take on my first U.S. role. 

A lifelong Leeds United fan now learning to say “soccer,” I’m also a 49ers and Knicks supporter who loves sport, travel, and snowboarding.
