I’ve been with Pareto for over 14 years and am the Vice President of Sales for Performance Consultancy. I’m privileged to work with a fantastic team of people and is all about a fun, collaborative, and high-performance culture for my sales team. I pride myself in partnering with clients to build growth-focused solutions and ensure the team goes on to deliver top-notch training that helps deliver the ROI and outcomes desired. 

When I’m not working, you'll find me out in the Cheshire countryside on a walk with my dog, Milo, that’s highly likely to end with a roast and glass of red at a pub… Or at the occasional gig or show, also likely to include a glass of something.
