I’m a Sales Manager in the Emerging Talent area of Pareto. Having been with Pareto for 18 years I have seen the business grow and over the years worked with some of our largest clients selling all of our solutions. My biggest motivator is seeing clients businesses benefit whether it be placing excellent talent into commercial roles or seeing how much impact the sales training has on their growth/profit.

I love being with my family and my 10-year-old daughter, Lissy, who keeps me on my toes. I love nothing more than going on holiday whether it be sun or snow. Back in the day I did play netball to a high level and loved the team spirit.
