Tom Rushworth

I’m the Head of Graduate Management at Pareto, overseeing the delivery operations from a candidate front, as well as ensuring clients are receiving complete satisfaction from our recruitment process. I’ve been with the Graduate Management team during my entire Pareto tenure, starting in the position of Graduate Manager straight out of University and progressing to head of the recruitment team. I’m incredibly passionate about driving a culture of success in the GM function, with both clients and candidates at the front of mind. 

I also enjoy various sports, regularly playing golf and football, and have just ran (some might say fast walked) my second half marathon. I also enjoy regular city breaks with my partner.
