What We Did
As business grew within the UK, Mimecast needed to focus their sales efforts upon new business and lead generation. The decision was made to recruit a new Market Development Team, made up of driven and ambitious graduates who would become future business leaders for the business: known internally as ‘Mimecasters’. We responded with a Mimecast-focused assessment day. Mimecast had never previously hired individuals without strong proven sales backgrounds, so it was essential we got the right graduates in front of the management team. We were successful. Due to the high standard of graduate calibre at the assessment day, we delivered not only the 6 required graduates but also an additional candidate. All began their roles within 3 weeks.
